Senator and Senate Parliamentarian Ken Andersen will explain basic parliamentary procedure and describe the role of the University Statutes and Senate Procedures Committee.

If the USC representative to the Senate Executive Committee is not elected by majority vote on the first ballot, a run-off election will be held immediately.

After the preliminary balloting to elect Committee Chairs to the Senate Executive Committee has been completed, the final balloting, which includes the top five from the preliminary balloting, will be conducted. The top three from the final ballot will be declared elected.
